The angular artery (Latin: arteria angularis) is the terminal portion (branch) of the facial artery. It supplies the nasal area, as well as the upper and lower eyelids.

The angular artery ascends to the medial angle of the orbit and anastomoses with the dorsal branch of the ophthalmic artery, thereby creating an anastomosis between branches of the external and internal carotid arteries. The angular artery can be injured during surgical procedures performed on the paranasal sinuses.
